What an amazing service! I received the best service I have EVER received in the NHS, there was no rush and all the staff I saw were excellent. Thank you. This service should be a model for sexual health services across the UK.

A wonderful location which engages with the population and demographic which it serves. I've always found the doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants and front of house team to be open and honest and treat you with care and respect. It is really easy to get an appointment and gain access to the tests and treatment which you made need. Thank you Burrell Street.

Great service and great staff. My nurse was Aoife ?(spelling might be wrong) She was great in explaining and making sure I was comfortable throughout.

The welcome was good, lovely new building, was busy but seen quickly, staff kind but computer system caused hold ups. Was good as could go without appointment

I was impressed with the waiting room as it had a welcoming atmosphere, unlike most hospital waiting room.
The staff were friendly and efficient at dealing with my queries.
The receptionists were very helpful at giving me directions when I got lost near the clinic.

My first appointment was on time, a real first for such clinics. I then had to wait an hour to see another specialist, but this was because it was unscheduled and I totally understood that I would have to wait. Very positive experience. Interesting cat-theme...
